S. L. Miller: My cats are crazy about this. To liven it back up I just pull out the old catnip (do this over the sink!) and pack in some new, and they are in kitty heaven.

Paulette: I initially bought this for my male cat but he wouldn’t have anything to do with it. Even when I tried to play with him with this thing he acted like he did not like it. Before the day was over my female cat had found it and loved it immediately! She is still a little stand offish from her days as a feral cat so when I tried to play with her with the item, she was not interested. My female cat, Peaches will play with it a lot and now that Peaches has taken such a keen interest in it NOW the male, Ebony, will play with it, so I guess I need to get a second one. They seem to really like the size. I got some that are really fuzzy and crinkly when you squeeze them, they won’t touch those at all! I think that’s just my cats. I bought them each a nice soft really fuzzy bed. No matter what I did they would not touch them. When I tried to force them to give it a try they both leaped off those beds like they had been tasered!

CRstopher: There isn't anything terribly wrong with the toy. The aroma of cat nip was moderately noticeable upon opening the bag. The material / fabric isn't sufficiently interesting to our cat. I covered it in a sock an added more catnip (included) inside the sock. This improved the interest of our cat and moved it up one notch from complete disinterest. Real prey moves. This toy did not prove to be a substitute for play prey sneak attacks on my stocking feet.
