PolinaPolina: Una de las mejores compras que he hecho en Amazon. Lo compre no por el sistema touchless sino porque fue el único que encajaba por el tamaño, necesitaba uno alto y estrecho. Y la verdad es que estamos encantadísimos, es super comodo y limpio, esteticamente tambien está muy bien, lo compramos hace 4-5 meses y de momento no falla. Las pilas aún no las hemos tenido que cambiar. Eso si, en principio nos equivocamos y compramos las que no eran, así que mirad bien que pilas hacen falta.

gbmich: The trashcan looks stylish and with its design, it's great for a small kitchens or small spaces, while accommodating a regular 13 gallon trash bag, not loosing capacity. I previously had a larger trashcan and I can fill this trashcan with the same amount of trash as I had from my previous one, and I usually fill the bag as much as I can before changing bags.

I have had this for 3 weeks now and have no issues with the automatic lid. It's early on, so it will take a while to see how long the battery life holds up, but other reviews indicated that it's pretty good.

The sensors for opening the lid are great. It senses movement approximately six inches away, as described by the manufacture. It consistently opens when I'm placing trash inside and continues to sense motion so it doesn't close too soon. When I am done, I think the timing is perfect not to stay open too long. I have not had any false openings by reaching above the trashcan or walking by. I was also surprised that the sensors work well in very low light and even at night when the lights are off.

The only negative comment I have, which other reviewers have mentioned, is that the deodorizer filter...

Pues después de 3 años de uso continuo diario, el bote sigue funcionando perfecto.
En este periodo de tiempo solo he tenido que cambiarle las pilas una sola vez... UNA SOLA VEZ!!

El bote ya hace un poquito de ruido al abrir, pero supongo que es por el uso que le he dado, puesto que ha sobrevivido a uno de mis niños, el cual al momento de la compra del bote tenía 2 años de edad, y a mis dos bebés que en este momento tienen 1 año y medio de edad. Y como a todo niño, le llama la atención y lo abren constantemente a la fuerza sin usar el sensor...
aun así, el bote está en muy buenas condiciones.

Yo uso las bolsas Hefty de 13 galones con este bote desde hace 3 años. Cero problemas.
En mi reseña original comentaba que se batallaba un poco en usar el sensor... la verdad es que esto es parte de la curva de aprendizaje. Después de un tiempo ni cuenta te das que ya dominas perfectamente la distancia a la cual abrir el bote y ya prácticamente nunca te vuelve a pasar que el sensor no reaccione a ti.

La verdad sigo muy satisfecho con este...

DJDJ: I bought this to use as a diaper bin and it's been a true blessing. Even with it filled to capacity we only smell the nastiness for the brief moment the lid is open. Otherwise you'd never know the horrors that awaited inside lol! It's been running strong on the same batteries since I bought it. Bags are easy to replace and the removable bag ring is fantastic. With the top back on the bag is secure and completely concealed. I'm not sure how much the charcoal filter helps, but my main concern was odor when the can is closed, and for that purpose it works perfectly! As an added bonus the unit looks fantastic!

Update: I've been using this daily for six months or so and it is a workhorse! Still running on the same batteries I purchased when I received it and blocking diaper odor just as effectively!

Update: So, after working perfectly since last November, a couple weeks ago the lid decided to give up on me suddenly and completely! I figured the batteries had finally died, so I swapped in a fresh set and nothing happened. No light, no movement, nothing at all. I almost decided to just write it off, but figured I might as well try customer care. I sent them an email with a...
