Patrick: Ordered a couple units and they are working so far. While rated at 12v output, one unit delivering an output of 12.24v and the other 12.38v. Wiring is 20awg and PVC styled. The English translations on the units "Information" is spelled "Inforuation" and "Equipment" is spelled "Eiuipmbnt". The unit comes with a CE mark, but no UL markings for those who care.

Beeblebrox: This is a standard AC to DC power converter for converting 60Hz, 110V AC to 12V DC at 5 amps. I purchased this converter as a replacement for a much more expensive one (sold by ZWO) that had shorted out when it got wet during heavy rain.
