Johnson's: Assembly was quick and easy. It is sturdy enough for the kids to climb all over much to my dismay. Here in Florida it rains a lot in the beginning months of summer. It has held up against the weather. Nice space to store a lot of our items. It is a bit bulky to pass off as a bench. It sticks out but we sit on it any way.

Anne ShellieAnne Shellie: It’s a very large box so when we assembled the whole thing and the end cap piece is missing ugh! It also states a net and basket and it didn’t arrive with either of those.
I reached out to the customer service here and they are seeing what can be done. It’s hard to explain to them that taking it all apart and returning it is a huge hassle. Will they send another? Replacement? I’ll update after they respond. Update: tear it down and return it. The box it came in was trashed so I guess we stuck with it.
The box itself is nice, heavy duty and very large. It’s a dark gray that appears almost black. It was a good deal for a deck box to store pool stuff.

MEATY: I opted for the gray but it seemed to be much darker than I expected it to be. It's closer to a black than a gray. Assembly was easy and straight forward, and there's lots of storage capacity and seems to keep everything perfectly dry no matter the weather. We toss our kid's play scooter, chair cushions, and her outdoor toys in it and still have tons of spare room. It's sturdy and the kids sit and lay on it from time to time so it has multiple uses and looks great.

Firstly arrived within days of ordering - well packed.
Everything was there, very easy to put together - clear instructions ( I’m a lady over 60 & managed on my own)
Took about 90 minutes.
The finished item looks stylish, very pleased.

T. Welcome: I’ve purchased two of these storage boxes in anthracite. For the most part, they snap together. Sounds flimsy but the plastic and the tabs are just under 1” thick. It’s pretty sturdy for a storage box. Could you sit on it? Maybe. Depends on how much you way. It won’t collapse but the top might dent. Would probably buckle but pop back up.
It has hydraulic pistons to aid opening and it can be locked but you need to supply the lock. Is it water right? Yes and no. Depends on your definition. It’s water right for my definition. It’s pretty much sealed. There’s no openings for bees or bugs and rain but it’s not like there are gaskets where the pieces connect. It won’t float down a river. That being said. I leave my cushions in it outside and they stay dry after the rain.
I liked it so much I bought a second one.

Chris: My husband put this together on his own. There were no issues. The box is good for storing small garden tools, gardening gloves and anything you don't want to store indoors.It looks good and keeps everything neat and tidy I am happy with my purchase.

UPDATE: Sent an email to Keter's general contact address and received a reply with a link to a Salesforce document with the needed diagram. Keter asked for the information I had already sent them to be sent again as a reply to the email. Called Customer Support for help and they hung up. Will update and possibly revise my rating once the issues are resolved satisfactorily.
UPDATE: Missing and broken part replacement received in five days. The box went together easily and looks great on the deck. Would be a 5 Star rating if not for the hassle factor of getting all the parts.
