PenroseTribar: Used this wire for my fairly extensive low-voltage landscape lighting/transformer project surrounding our home and extending out into back gardens with paths/koi pond and covered outdoor living space. No issues connecting the wire to any of the mixed light types - umbrellas at front of home, wells under trees, bollards in back at garden steps. The Wirefy took whatever I threw at it and was easy to bury 8" under the soil. The wire hasn't been affected by our area's last year of unusually extreme heat and rains. Expect it'll also hold up well to whatever cold that might come.
The Wirefy 1-2-3 easily took the double Sunvie Fastlock light connectors (then wrapped with electrical tape to make it watertight). Same when it came to splicing and connecting an additional wire at two back outdoor living walkways, using the weatherproof heavy duty Edishine cable connectors (also then wrapped with electrical tape).
I designed, planned, and assembled all the products ahead of time, intending the completed job to stand the test of time. Thus, I wanted to use the most reliable products without enduring any redos or fix-ups. The entire project ended up looking fantastic - eons better...
