Banny: Love the designs…but the markers bleed through the paper. I always have card stock behind the page I am coloring, but I have found when you are finished coloring the page, put a card stock in front of the page you just colored or your markers will bleed through and ruin your pictures.

AprilApril: This coloring book is a game changer! It’s everything that you could want in a coloring book. It’s got easy mandalas to color. It’s got medium-hard mandalas to color. It’s got more difficult mandalas to color. All levels of coloring are in this book.

I’ve included quite a few photos showing the different levels of coloring that this book offers. I’ve wanted this book for quite some time and just hadn’t bought it because I was afraid I wouldn’t like the pictures. But, alas me, I wished I would’ve bought this book sooner. It’s a keeper!

For: The paper is not as thick as others. But it takes gel pen ok. Mostly I will use colored pencil so I think it should be ok. Overall, it is good for the price paid. I am satisfied

MiriamMiriam: I do love the variety of patterns - they definitely help me to de-stress and are fun to work on. What I'm not that happy about is the paper quality and the book binding. I wish the paper was thicker and even more, I wish the pages were either easy to tear out, or the book binding was different to make colouring a single page easier.

If you look closer at the last four images with the purple numbers you will see what I mean:
#1 - if you are not careful and just try to tear out the page, that's what you will end up with (look at the right-hand-side edge)
#2 and #3 - the paper is pretty much "see through"
#4 - the designs extend really close to the inside edge which, combined with the type of binding and the weight of the paper, makes pulling out pages very difficult without damaging the patterns (I tried colouring right in the book but again: because of the binding and paper quality it simply doesn't work...)

Still, I guess considering the price, it's not a bad book and I don't regret buying it.
