TruthTeller: Bought this to use in a beard-tonic (with peppermint oil). Also used it to cook a couple times. I wish it came in a glass bottle rather than plastic, but otherwise I'm happy with it. Decent price for the quantity.

S Beecham: This is not my first purchase of this brand of Avocado oil. I have purchased it before.
I use it to coat my cast iron pans and like it because it does a nice job moisturizing without
the burn or stickiness and coats evenly. Also lends a very light, barely noticeable flavor.
This is my go-to after Olive oil, which does not burn as cleanly at higher temps as the
Avocado oils.

Temel: If you’re looking to make a small step to improving your nutrition, I would suggest this avocado oil is the right direction. I was adamant about using avocado oil since I was so used to frying my foods in the unhealthy oils (vegetable or canola oil). But after using this avocado oil, it’s like I almost would forget I cooked with it. It can take high temperatures, and doesn’t burn my foods. It cooks my food perfectly as long as I am supervising it properly. The grease from my leftover cooking (frying chicken, frying eggs, sautéing veggies, cooking ground beef, etc.) doesn’t leave a strong odor either. The oil is thick and a faded green pigment, but again, it doesn’t bleed into your food. I noticed my food actually comes out better when I use avocado oil. Plus avocado oil has so many benefits. I found this quantity/price to be the best deal as I was shopping. I’d definitely recommend this product!
