I tried a few miso pastes but this one takes the top! It’s absolutely delicious and I almost have it every day, just the broth with some other food!
I just bring water to boil in kettle and let it cool down for about a minute and then dissolve half to one teaspoon slowly into the water, ready to eat!
Just remember miso loses its beneficial property when mixed with boiling water!

Expiration date is 2 years away (sounds good to me) but my white miso is NOT white. I'll give it a try and see if I like it. The product is definitely made for sale for AMAZON as you can see by the label.
