vanessia: The product was great and easy to put together, however the lid came broke and I did email customer service and it did take them a little bit to get back to me. But they did make it right and fixed the issue

Pat: Wow. These instructions are not easy to follow. Finally put it together, pictures and description could definitely use some rework. That said, after it was put together I was still disappointed.. it was insanely wabbly and I was afraid to let me kids sit on it... And to top it off I stored stuff inside and it happened to rain the next day, and the water went through and left an awesome puddle inside. Not happy with my purchase and since I threw the box out. Darn, guess I'm out of luck.
Update: Their customer service is A+, I contacted them and pointed out my review and they refunded me without hesitation, Thanks!

Robin R. KaradayiRobin R. Karadayi: These deck storage boxes turned out great!! They sitting next to our 8’c16’ swim spa. They were so easy to put together!! I got stuck when it came to snapping in the lid-hinges in place the video online tutorial they provided through Amazon was perfect. The first one took me about 45 minutes without the tutorial. The second one took me 15 min to put together. I love the seat cushion -I store it inside because we live in a very windy area and there’s no ties on it so it will fly away. It’s says it’s waterproof and that remains to be seen. I snapped all the parts together as instructed in the video tutorial. it’s made well, provides enough padding for visitors when they sit. It is very sturdy- I am 275lbs, no flexing when I sat in it.
