chelsy: These are my favorite markers ever I'm obsessed with them and I'm sure they would have been wonderful if they hadn't been stolen from my porch Pirates. I'm sure they were great though and they're really being enjoyed by the thieves who would most likely give them a 10 to 10 ,because let's face it tombows are the best of the best.

FelixFelix: I stumbled onto Tombow brush pens while looking through Amazon's coupons, and I thought I'd give them a shot. These are a super cool super fun, and super blendable medium! The colors are so pretty and well pigmented, and you can easily produce a variety of colors with different blending techniques. Here's a quick list of other things I like about these watercolor markers:
-There is absolutely no odor
-I've noticed very little to no bleeding, but I'm guessing that varies based on the paper you use, since this is a wet medium
-They dry quickly and I've had no problem with smudging
-They're durable and so far I've had no fraying
-They fine tip nib is a good size
-The ink inside is pressurized, so you can store them upright or sideways with no worries about the ink collecting more in one end then the other
-I am terrible with watercolor paints and colored pencils, but these are much easier for me and dry much, much quicker, which is good for my needs!
-The cost is significantly lower here than from art retailers or Tombow. Normally the ten packs are around $40
These markers are super fun, and I'm always learning about new techniques! In my...

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: There seems to be some misunderstanding about how to use these markers, and as a result, some discontent with them that I feel is unfair and misinformed. These are nothing like your alcohol based markers. Those lovely blendable copics are an entirely different thing, and these will not do if you are just looking for a cheaper alternative to Copics. these are water based markers. This means they will ruin weak paper. You will need paper that is built to withstand a bit more, and you will also need to know how to use these markers. For best results, you will need a palette that you can blend colors on. You blend by adding one color to the palette(you cannot blend by using the blender pen directly on color you've already applied to paper), then the other, and mixing those colors together on the palette itself. From there, you can use the blender pen to load your newly blended color onto and then paint it onto the paper. When you are done with the color, wipe the colorless blender on scratch paper--care for the tip of the brush. Using light applications of color as I've described, I use these markers to add color to my sketches on 65 lb sketchbook paper. It may show on the other side,...

Susan Martin: I watched so many tutorials and found out how many different brush pens are or there, I was overwhelmed! One of my mentors said NOT to go spend a bunch of money on pens before got even know of you're going to like this hobby. She was right.... but I did it anyway. My first large brush pens were the Tombow Dual-tips. They come in ALL KINDS OF COLORS! They aren't crazy expensive. Some are $18-20. Others are $22-26. Like i said, there's tons to try out before you find YOUR FAVORITES. Brush pens come in all sizes. My favorite medium brush pens are Pentel Touch. As for the smaller brush pens.. I've tried several and they're all great for different reasons. But Tombow Dual- Tip brush pens are just my favorite. Buy some and check them out. Using words is hard to describe how great you're going to feel that FIRST TIME YOU "GET IT". So you advanced lettering artists know what i mean. If happens with ANYTHING you are new at. In the beginning you'll struggle and be mad and sad and want to give up and try again and again. Then one day, you're going to draw that letter you've been struggling over and over again. And then one day you're going to put your pen to paper and that one letter is...
