summer: This tastes great! Unfortunately, it's full of sodium. Buy the regular kind and herb it yourself (I suggest dill). My phone app for calories told me this one wasn't that great for me because of all the salt. Had I not been using the app, I wouldn't have realized it at all.
Real talk though, it tastes good.
