Janet: I never thought they would make something like this!
I moved into a duplex apt 5 yrs ago with a dryer that I didn’t want to use because it was at least 15yrs old and gas. I already owned a brand new Kenmore electric dryer and was forced to store it because it had 4 prongs. I was only given the choice of a 3 prong wall plug, ugh.
I stumbled upon this WONDERFUL ADAPTER and had great reviews so I had a plumber friend disconnect the gas line to the landlord’s dryer and was able to hook up my electric dryer!
I have told a few friends about these adapters and they never thought that they were available(they can only be purchased on Amazon as far as I can tell)
