Wenzel Camping Pillow: Perfect for Outdoor Adventures

Arturo Villalobos Lozano: Esta almohada viene en una bolsa para ser enrollada, sin embargo es versátil y puede caber dentro de la mochila enrollada en su bolsa, plana dentro y acomodada desdoblada o colgada de la mochila en la parte externa.
NO es muy abultada pero es suficiente para un campamento (a menos que estén acostumbrados a almohadas muy voluminosas) yo que duermo con almohada no muy gruesa me adapté muy bien a ésta.
Tiene dos texturas, la tipo franela de cuadros y otra más lisa tipo edredón de color negro que es la parte externa.
El costo es muy bueno, inferior a los 200 pesos. Vi otras opciones en Decatlón y ésta es más barata y de calidad similar o incluso superior. Wenzel es una marca de batalla, normal.

Iantrovert: Let's get one thing straight: I can't vouch for a good night's sleep on this, because I never get a good night's sleep, not even on a memory foam mattress and obscenely expensive pillow. No, my doctor has no idea either. Point being, I'm always tired, and unfortunately I need to spend a fair amount of time driving. My workaround is to pull over and take a nap when I'm exhausted. I bought this Wenzel One pillow to make those in-car naps bearable instead of awkward and floppy-necked. It absolutely excels at that--enough give to flex to the car seat/headrest without losing all softness and support. Six years later it's still holding up fabulously: no leaks, no weird stains, and fits in the stuff sack without bursting the seams. And in the stuff sack, it has survived my disaster of a car in a snowy area for all these years, which is probably more impressive, honestly. The one tip I would suggest is to take the time to fluff it up after taking it out of the the stuff sack: just by grabbing at the stuffing from opposite sides and pulling to create air separation between the fibers makes for a much more comfortable experience.

TerReviews: Me ha servido para dormir en el camión, de campamento, en el carro, en la casa, de cojín, soporte lumbar, etc.

La bolsa en la que viene es muy práctica pero extendida cabe mejor en mi maleta, que dentro de su bolsa de transporte.
El diseño de la bolsa se me hace práctico por la jareta, además puedes usar el resto de la cuera para amarrarla a un gancho, mosquetón, un árbol, en fin, lo que encuentres.

EMT Stanfill: I bought this for hammock camping and backpacking. It works amazingly, great support, comfortable and big enough. The ONLY down side is the weight. For backpacking, it does weigh more than a lot of other options. It is on the heavy side when ounces count. All in all, the weight is worth the added benefit of this little pillow!! I highly recommend this product.

S.C.: Buena almohada para viajar.
La compré porque en general, las almohadas de varios alojamientos (renta e incluso hoteles) me provocan alergias fuertes que no me dejan dormir.
Se transporta fácilmente y no ocupa mucho espacio.
Al principio se siente disparejo el relleno, pero después de un rato, se nivela y puede ser bastante cómoda.
La tela podría ser de una calidad un poco mejor.

N Lynn: This was a hard one to rate...
The good:
I brought two, knowing they were small, I wanted to make sure I had enough pillow.
They were comfy! I really slept well with them. They fit great into the "mummy head" part of my sleeping bag.

The not so good:
No removable cover. And the washing instructions say not to use detergent if you do wash them.
Have you ever camped in the rain? Mud happens. Washing then must occur, washing without detergent, not effective.
Could have used a pillow case, but the idea is that it should be something simple and easy and lightweight for camping, bringing an extra pillow case for doesn't fill those requirements.

The bad:
The label/tag is HUGE!
Sticks in your face huge.
So I tried to remove it from there first one. But It's sewn into the seam, so as soon as I removed it, huge rip along the seam with stuffing poking out.... had to leave it on the second one for fear of the same- let the poke in the face commence.

Zen: For the reasonable price this is a great product, it is pretty small but very helpful if you're going on a camping trip for several days. This little pillow really helped me sleep so much better while camping for several days at a stretch. I put a few folded clothes or jeans under it to give it more lift as I like a higher pillow.

It also rolls up and can be stuffed back very easily in its bag and it's really small and light to carry. It's a must if you're going camping and want to travel light. It barely takes any more space than an inflatable pillow but it fluffs up really nicely. The top is cottony so it's very comfortable, and it washes up well too.

A. Duncan: Very nice camp pillow and excellent value. The flannel surface is very soft and comfortable for sleeping, better than other camp pillows. It is not super-stuffed with fill, but that allows it to be doubled over if more support is needed. It can stuff to a relatively small size, and includes a nylon stuff sack. About the right size for a camp pillow, which is much smaller than a regular pillow but still big enough for the head even when doubled over. Easy to wash. We also got an REI camp pillow, and this one is nicer and less expensive. Only negative is that I noticed some shifting of the polyester stuffing over time, but it can be kneaded back into shape. Note that the patterns and color of the flannel can vary, but are pleasant enough.
