Karen Hause: Great concept. Too large for my foot. Ice packs didn't touch ankle . Need with a size choice or make out of fabric that stretches. I put the ice packs in a tube sock to use.

fiona spreadboroughfiona spreadborough: So, I have Achilles tendinitis and can't seem to get rid of it, with physio etc. I decided to go the Icepack route to hopefully bring down the swelling and then go back to some physio.
I ordered two of their Ice pack wraps, one for each foot.
Unfortunately, what arrived wasn't the same as in the picture, by the same company, yes but mine don't extend up the legs, only around the ankle and the icepacks do make for the feeling of being surrounded by coldness and its quite intense sometimes but I get some soreness in my calm also and this doesn't work for that whereas the ones I ordered go up the leg.
I used this style as I'm desperate to stop the inflammation and thought I don't want to waste more time, I just don't know if they will work and also I can't get them to fit like in the instructions, I have to put them on in a different way.
They also have a pump to inflate the outer shell of the boot to make the ice pack fit tight against the affected areas. I'm just hoping they will work well, so far ive only used them about 5 times, so it will take much more time to see but the good thing is because I've bought them I will make sure I used them.
It's definitely better...

Gabi A.: It sure helps with the pain and swelling of a fractured foot but you can't put it in the freezer because the gel turns into stone unlike other gels, hence the 4 stars. But you can put it in the fridge and it will serve it's purpose. Besides that detail, the idea of a gel bandage with the shape of the foot and ankle is pretty good.

jennyjenny: Bought for archilles tendinitis..Great value and product ..put the gel pack I. The freezer and get ready for the cold shock ..used at night whilst watching TV ..the next morning I felt alot less stiff ..Will continue to use every evening with exercises ..highly recommended

Paul: A little tricky to insert cold pack, but soon got the hang of it. Worked great for my soft tissue damage around ankle and a great relief for the pain.

Matt: so the sales images show a wrap around ‘simple to fit’ image. the guidance in the pack shows images that have an open compress that you wrap around and then do the same for the compress, except it doesnt, its more like a funnel and the top doesnt open as in the images, im actually annoyed as this fails the trades description act!
