The tennis balls provide a sturdy, safe grip on top. The precut slits made them easy to install. Glad I didn't have to cut them myself.

However, they're really not meant for outdoor use. (This is the 3rd time I've purchased this item). In fact the manufacturer has a tag stating so. Thus the reason for my durability rating. But if you're going to use these glides for indoor use only, I'm sure they'll last a lot longer.
