The forward says that the book has the answers many Americans have about their futures and by following the blueprint laid out in the book, the reader can be in a position of true financial independence. Part 1 is titled "Where we are now and why we are here". Hmmm.. I definitely want some answers. The author, Rebecca Walser begins by telling us that only 4 in 100 Americans will achieve financial success in retirement. Now she really has me excited. I want to be one of the four that achieve financial success in retirement-and selfishly, I want my kids to be the other three. How are we going to accomplish this?
Walser shares personal information about how she came to think about finance and her mission to teach people how to take control of their financial futures. I'm already feeling Walser is on my side and it's a good feeling. She discusses the wrong path that is being followed by most Americans which is unfortunately becoming a "New Normal" for America, but she assures us it's never too late to build a financial legacy. That's very good news and already I'm feeling buying this book is a good decision....

Mary L.: Rebecca Walser’s Wealth Unbroken is not a book I normally would have picked up to read, being the artsy type. Math and economics aren’t my forte, but as a former teacher, I can certainly appreciate and respect someone who has an abundance of knowledge on the subject. I stayed up pondering for days WISHING I had the information in this book presented to me 20 years ago. I can’t stress enough how practical this resource is for everyone and anyone under the sun, young and old, especially even teens. Having meddled in entrepreneurship myself and having grown up around family members involved with insurance, law, and sales, I still fell blindly into the rut of living paycheck to paycheck, wondering what investments were truly in my favor. What struck me as compelling is who decides what is valuable to you? Who is ultimately and significantly in control of what you have and everything you have worked for? One of my favorite lines is: “It is in the struggle that we become strong enough to handle what comes our way.”
I without a doubt agree that we are indeed living in an age of instant gratification and that we are “our own WORST financial enemy.” There are a ton of...

Michelle Chantler: This is a book that everyone should have in their library, considering the financial status of the world, and western society, this book will certainly help you to feel more positive about you and your families financial future.
Rebecca Walser has made something many of us refuse to look at, extremely simple. In her book certain strategies that are used within the taxation community, we don’t get to hear about, but Rebecca open's the door to give us insight, education and the ability to reform whatever we have set up, into something that is far more productive and has much better results.
Whether you are due to retire or not, the advice this Author has given should be used in any financial investment circumstances. Considering how many book’s and different opinion’s there are to choose from, we have been offered a number of smart and insightful financial advice. Keeping simple for those of us who ..shy away...do not understand or appreciate this area, she has given us advice on how to increase our wealth, cut back on the tax that we pay and gives us numerous choices on how to deal with specific problem’s.
From what Rebecca explains, it looks as though a huge...

Amazon Customer: Great read even though I am a Canadian we have enough similarities in our systems. Certainly need to find an advisor to use these strategies. Our 401k equivalent is an RRSP account which I hate. Often only seeing 4% return and a 2% "maintenance fee" from the advisor and I know taxes with rise here too so I need something better.

Lili E: The concepts put forth in Wealth Unbroken define unconventional wisdom for wealth building. I enjoyed the author’s presentation of the concepts and her explanations for them. Given her background in finance and law, her perspectives about wealth generation and leaving a legacy made perfect sense. I’ve read so many personal finance books over the years and have never heard of the ideas Rebecca put forward. I would definitely recommend this read for anyone interested in leaving a lasting legacy for their family.
