me1225: Very sturdy and thick material. It was quick to get on and off my cat. She doesn't be still long. Had another kind before that was only harnesses and it was a struggle. This vest works great and she is securely and safely in it to go for a stroll outside.

Brenda McCabeBrenda McCabe: The media could not be loaded. I love this leash halter. It’s secures great with the thick Velcro . It looks nice. And the size is great. I got an extra small as she’s a kitten and maybe 2 pounds.
I went by their size chart. 9 inches around her neck.
