Ankle Support Brace by Aircast AirSport - Reduce Pain & Swelling with Compression Therapy

L.P.: Item is exactly as described however, after using for a 1 month the splints have worn through the material so customer services have given me a refund to buy a replacement brace with and returned the original one to send off for further investigation.
The brace itself is excellent suppory and super comfortable unlike a boot or elasticated one. The steappibg makes it fully adjustable and fits in most lace up shoes.

Cc: I broke my ankle and it is healing slowly. When I graduated from the air cast the doctor had me in, I needed something that would help support as well as protect my ankle at work. This did the trick. It provided the support and protection I needed and it is well made. It is lightweight and fairly comfortable.

Great support: I love this air cast. It is very strong, easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day.
I wore it for about 5 weeks after spraining my ankle. I only took it off to shower and sleep.
It protects the ankle, can be worn with a flip flop or sandal and comfortable enough to wear all day.

Elisabeth M. Ratanski: I sized up (should be a med. becuase I am a size 10 shoe, bought a large) and it was way too big on the bottom. I felt as if it were too tight at the top and not actually supporting my sprained ankle. Once I bought the right size, it’s really helping support my ankle. One thing is the straps on the back scratch my skin.

KandAKandA: The media could not be loaded.  I love this brace!! I was close to giving up in my search for a small lightweight brace that I could fit inside my shoe, but which would still provide rigid support for my badly sprained ankle (the way my bulky and heavy medical boot does).
This brace checks all the boxes! The two hard side panels sit perfectly on either side of my ankle. The stretchy band you slip your foot into, and the lower back strap, really secure the panels and hold them tightly in place around the ankle. The final wraparound strap secures the ankle from the front and holds the panels in place at the top. This combination reduces inversion/eversion by 95%.
My giant medical boot was awesome, but it greatly limited my mobility. Now I’m back to my normal physical activities (except running) feeling confident that my ankle is snug, safe, and healing - and that I won’t reinjure it while working out at F45, walking up the stairs, gardening, etc. Fantastic!!!

Lo que más me gustó de esta tobillera es que tiene partes duras a los lados lo que hace casi imposible que se te doble el pie cuando estás en una actividad deportiva!! Además te go que decir que es muy cómoda y fácil de poner!!

La recomiendo ampliamente

Me: My daughter who is 11 loves her football but was suffering by rolling her left ankle with alarming regularity. Normal support tubigrip style bandages were a waste of time, and the other sock type products seemed little more than a stiffer tubigrip. Since purchasing this my daughter hasn’t rolled her ankle once which has allowed her to play unrestricted. She was a little worried about the appearance of it and it feeling bulky, however with shin pads and football socks on it’s barely noticeable to other people so I believe it is well worth it. It’s literally impossible for her to roll her ankle now! Was quite expensive however happy to pay for her not to hurt herself doing something she loves.
