Delivery: Received it 3 days before the earliest expected delivery date 5 Stars
Packaging: Excellent – Heavy cardboard outer box, reinforced corners,
good blocking, lots of foam padding, no damage to contents 5 Stars
Assembly: Directions were good - everything was in the package, I
assembled it myself although two people would have made it
a lot easier, four hours from opening the box to completion
(I’m over 80 yo, temperature was in the mid-nineties with very
high humidity requiring me to take many “cool-off” breaks) I
would guess 1-1/2 to 2 hours would be a normal assembly time. 5 Stars
Usage: Too hot to really give it a try-out, but I did run it for about
10 minutes – very pleased with this purchase 5 Stars

Will give seller credit. When 1st firepit arrived we saw it was black, not dark brown, and we refused delivery. Seller said to cancel and reorder. They gave us our money back and we reordered. Product arrived yesterday. Same problem. Black, not dark brown as ordered. I accepted it because it is the size and the way it is built matches our other furniture. The table top has a slight crease on 1 side, a dent on the underside and a small scratch with bare metal showing on the top. It was easy to assemble, sturdy and works really well. I love it. Love it more if it was the color i ordered!!!
