Enjoy the highest level of overall satisfaction with Clostnature's 1-Person Tent for Backpacking.SA: I backpack regularly and was in need of a new 1-person tent. I took a flyer on this tent and came away very impressed. Tent is light and packs down small. Super easy to set up. Size is what you would (should?) expect from a 1-person tent (i.e. it is narrow with not lots of space for gear), with room to store your pack under the rain fly. I took it out this past weekend. We had significant rain the first night and heavy wind both nights. Not a drop of water inside the tent and held up well to the wind. With the low price, you cannot beat this tent.

Arizonabuyer: Took this tent on a one night backpack. It was easy to set up. I don't know about the water resistance because it wasn't going to rain (I live in AZ). I didn't even take the rain fly with me because I didn't want the weight. I'm 6'1" and it was just long enough for me. Didn't have stress points with the zipper like my more expensive REI tent. The little cargo pocket needs to go over your legs so you don't hit it sitting up. The only thing I would change is the clips that hold the tent on the poles. They are hard to unclip when your hands are cold. Hooks might be better.

Rob: I love this little tent. I got it for moto camping. It packs down small. It's carrying bag will fit the tent, gear doctor sleeping pad and my air pillow. Free standing tent allows set up with only staking out the fly. I'm 5 11 and 240 pounds. I sleep well in it.

J. REN J. REN :
After using a bivouac type one-man tent, this tent has just enough height to sit up in which is great for setting up just before laying down for the night, or first thing in the morning before emerging from a temporary cave to face the day. There is just enough width for my air mattress, and water bottle and other small stuff on one side. There is also enough room at the head for extras like hat, gloves, sweater caps, etc.
I used this tent for bike packing. The poles fold up shorter than my biv one-man tent. So the tent fits better on my rear rack… it sits fully on the rack without hanging over. The overall narrow width makes it easy to put up the tent in the smallest of spaces which opens up more potential placements at camp sites.
The ground tarped vestibule is decent sized to keep shoes, jackets, helmet, pannier dry on one half while maintaining an area to get out and stand up. I pack a 5-ft x 8-ft tarp… when folded in half fits pretty well in the covered vestibule area. Great to keep your feet clean and thus the tent, sleeping bag too.
The first night I slept in it was warm, so with the tent fully zipped up I was too warm. The next...

SCOTT WILLIAMSON:
I compare this to my old eureka Midori that is over twice the money. first off it packs up to half the size which I love, the poles breakdown into small increments that make a big difference. The room inside is slight less than the Midori, If I had a choice I would want just a few more inches- do not get me wrong I want a small tent as where I camp flat ground is hard to find but just a few more inches each direction would had made a huge difference. the bag it comes has extra room if you want to add some extra pegs a ground sheet or 2nd Fly/ Trap. I like that the side come up further before the screen starts this allows for better options when sleeping with out a fly and extra protection during storms. It rained better bad- I stayed dry and warm .
You can in a pinch use this tent free standby but I recommend pegging it out to get as much floor space as possible with out pegs out the walls sag in a little to close for comfort if it get stormy
Negative-pegs suck, bend easy and I Got the wrong # of them. But I was planning on upgrading those.
Negative- Quality control- loops and hocks were on the wrong sides both fly and tent- I made it work...

DIYguy: Ive owned a lot of tents over 55 years and this one exceeded my expectations. For $100CAD this is a fine little tent! Design is simple and functional, quality, construction and materials are very good. Im 6'4" and i have some room to spare at my head as well. Its easy and quick to set up and has some nice features like a clip on storage "shelf/bag" for doodads and a lanyard hook for a lantern. I like the colour too. Overall very good initial impressions. I have a week long bike packing trip coming up and may provide anither review later after some use.

I just got this tent today and I bought it for a Bushcraft class I’m going to be taking. So I’m no stranger to primitive camping and light weight backpacking. In fact, I’m kind of a gear freak. That said I set it up, but I haven’t actually used it yet. So I’m going off first impressions and I’ll update this once I field test this tent.
I bought this tent because it’s similar to the Alps Lynx-1 tent, but at the time I bought it $20-$30 cheaper, with similar reviews.
So the tent goes up easy. Set up is straightforward and common sense. My first time setting it up with no instructions took about 3 minutes without even trying to rush. I’m 5’9” and bounce between 195-200lbs. That said, there’s plenty of room for a guy my size to sleep and even sit up in there. It does very much resemble the Lynx-1. The connection for the pole are different than the Lynx-1, but still very straightforward. The tent is free standing and being a minimalist, I only used a total of 4 tent stakes. One on each corner to hold it down, one for the vestibule (which is definitely roomy enough for a pack to be stored in), and one for the back side of the rain...
